Breakfast Attendant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests start their day with a delightful dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring all food items are fresh and appealing.
• Serve breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, beverages, and condiments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service.
• Assist guests with any inquiries regarding food options or dietary restrictions.
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of meal preparation techniques, including meat cutting and coffee brewing.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling guest inquiries or reservations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
• A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
