Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. You will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area while assisting guests with their needs. Hours 5:30am to 12:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet, ensuring all food items are fresh and appealing.
- Prepare and cook breakfast items as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Monitor food inventory levels and report any shortages or issues to management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food presentation.
- Handle guest relations with professionalism, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
- Completing job in time efficient manner during shift.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Experience in catering or as a dietary aide is beneficial but not required.
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for all guests.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
