Holiday Inn Express Davis is currently seeking an individual for a front desk position. Schedule is to be determined upon hiring. Must be available on weekends and holidays. Previous hotel experience is preferred and customer service experience is required.
Front Desk Agent – Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Prepare registration materials and keycards for arriving guests
- Recognize Rewards members and enroll new members
- Make room reservations and process cancellations
- Post and adjust charges to guest folios
- Accept credit card and cash payments
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls courteously
- Communicate effectively with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams
- Follow hotel security and privacy policies at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk, lobby, and public areas
- Perform light guest room maintenance when necessary
- Use computers and office applications efficiently
- Provide guests with directions, dining recommendations, and local attraction information
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.90 - $17.50 per hour
