Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Duties

• Greet and check in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and friendly welcome.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Manage reservations and maintain accurate records of guest information.
• Process check-outs and handle payments efficiently.
• Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls effectively.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experience.

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel or resort settings.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
• Proficiency in front desk operations, including reservations systems and night audit procedures.
