Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Night Audit Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
• Manage reservations and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software.
• Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
• Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and activities to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services throughout their stay.

Skills

• Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Experience in front desk operations within a resort or hotel setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and phone systems.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and staff.
• Ability to perform night audit tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in managing guest requests.
