JOB SUMMARY:To maintain the overall cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the hotel’s public spaces and exterior, while providing essential support to housekeeping operations to ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deep Cleaning: Perform scheduled deep cleaning of all public spaces, including the lobby, hallways, elevator areas, public restrooms, and breakfast areas.
• PTAC Maintenance: Clean and sanitize all guest room and public space PTAC units according to established preventive maintenance and hygiene standards.
• Exterior Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel exterior, including building entrances, parking lots, walkways, and any designated outdoor seating areas.
• Housekeeping Support: Assist the housekeeping team by transporting linens, removing trash/recycling from guest floors, and restocking housekeeping supplies as needed.
• Facility Reporting: Inspect assigned areas for any damage, maintenance issues, or safety hazards and report them immediately to the housekeeping supervisor.
• Safety & Security: Take responsibility for assigned keys and equipment, ensuring all company security protocols are followed.
• Inventory: Assist in the cleaning and organization of housekeeping storage areas and utility closets.
• General Duties: Complete any other duties or special projects as assigned by the housekeeping supervisor or management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
