Night Auditor

JOB OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a dependable, service-focused team member to join our front office as Night Auditor. In this role, you’ll help ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every guest while supporting daily operations and maintaining accuracy in transactions and records. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following; other duties may be assigned as needed:

• Perform front desk procedures including, but not limited to, posting charges and managing assigned bank.
• Secure and manage cash, credit card transactions, and confidential guest information.
• Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions in accordance with front office procedures.
• Balance system postings against departmental records and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Complete daily audit, balancing, and closing procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Run all required audit reports and fulfill daily reporting responsibilities.
• Accurately manage and reconcile cash drawers and credit card system.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of guest information.
• Demonstrate knowledge of and commitment to Company Core Values and Mission Statement.
• Maintain a safe working environment and comply with all safety policies and procedures.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior guest service experience in hospitality or a related field preferred.
• Positive, outgoing, and friendly personality with a strong guest service mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills to understand and respond to guest needs.
• Ability to recognize nonverbal cues indicating guest satisfaction or concerns.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues independently.
• Proficient in basic and advanced calculations.
• Able to remain calm, exercise sound judgment, and think clearly in high-pressure situations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable team player with a collaborative approach.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high performance standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
