Duties
- Perform nightly audits of financial and accounting transactions and ensure accuracy.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Operate phone systems to assist guests with their needs and provide information about hotel services.
- Maintain security protocols during night shifts, ensuring the safety of guests and property.
- Perform light kitchen duties in the mornings to assist breakfast staff
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage phone systems efficiently.
