Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently.
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, polishing, or carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces are spotless and safe.
• Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing requests promptly and courteously while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Manage residential or commercial cleaning tasks with precision, including kitchen cleaning (cooking area sanitation) and bathroom maintenance.
• Assist with housekeeping management duties when required, including inventory control of cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues promptly.

Experience

• Prior custodial or janitorial experience is highly preferred, especially within hotel or residential settings.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeper roles demonstrates familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Knowledge of floor care methods such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing enhances your ability to deliver top-tier results.
• Background in laundry services or hospitality industry roles provides valuable insight into guest or resident expectations.
• Strong customer service skills are essential for creating a welcoming environment and addressing any needs proactively.
• Previous experience with sanitation standards and janitorial procedures ensures compliance with health regulations.
