This corporate-level position is responsible for driving revenue growth through direct sales, marketing, and relationship management for multiple hotels. This role involves prospecting, acquiring new business, maintaining existing accounts, and developing long-term partnerships. The manager collaborates with hotel teams to enhance sales effectiveness and optimize resources while ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process. This position reports directly to the Corporate Director of Sales Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales action plans.
- Conduct hotel tours, outside sales calls, and networking events.
- Respond to inquiries and manage group bookings for business and social events.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit timely reports.
- Oversee pricing strategies and group selling parameters.
- Represent hotels at trade shows, industry events, and training sessions.
- Provide recommendations to improve team performance and sales results.
Qualifications:
- Hospitality sales experience strongly preferred, especially in select-service hotels.
- Multi-property sales experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of PMS and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
