Key Responsibilities:
- Clean guest rooms, hallways, and public areas according to hotel standards and assigned priorities.
- Use proper cleaning techniques and chemicals for various surfaces and room types.
- Ensure all rooms are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Replace linens, restock amenities, and ensure guest rooms are neat and welcoming.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the appropriate department.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to meet daily room goals and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
