We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Ensure all bathrooms are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Change bed linens and towels regularly while adhering to established protocols for laundry care.
- Conduct floor care duties such as stripping, waxing, and buffing as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist in the organization of housekeeping supplies and equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with custodial practices and industrial cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina; ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as required.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management principles is advantageous but not required.
