Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This role requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
• Execute deep cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues.
• Follow established safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and operating equipment.
• Assist with special projects or additional tasks as assigned by housekeeping management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all cleaning activities.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping practices is a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
