Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a diverse array of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including food stations, tables, and utensils
- Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about menu options, and accommodate special dietary requests
- Replenish food supplies promptly and monitor food safety protocols to ensure hygiene standards are upheld
- Assist with food handling, setup, and breakdown of breakfast service areas in accordance with health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to coordinate smooth service flow during busy mornings
- Ensure all food preparation and serving activities adhere to safety guidelines related to food handling and sanitation
Requirements
- Prior experience in fine dining, food service, catering, or banquet settings is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Experience serving or working in restaurants or hospitality environments
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work early mornings, stand for extended periods, and lift moderate loads as needed
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
