We are actively seeking Housekeeping Attendants to join our Housekeeping Team. The successful candidates will be dependable, on time every day and ready to work. A Housekeeping Attendant ensures the cleanliness of guest rooms, public spaces, and the heart of house. He or she will encounter guests and will need to consistently provide a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Acknowledges and greet guests with a warm and friendly greeting
- Performs tasks in a thorough and thoughtful manner
- Cleans assigned guest rooms and common areas in the allotted time including; changing bed linen, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, mopping and vacuuming
- Notifies the Maintenance Department of repairs needed
- Keeps storage areas and carts well-stocked, neat clean, and orderly
- Accommodates special requests
- Answers questions, and ensure our guests have a pleasant and smooth stay
- All other duties as assigned
