Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures to uphold high standards of hygiene.
• Execute laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents to clean surfaces, carpets, floors, and furniture while following safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas when required, including patios or entryways, ensuring an inviting appearance.
• Implement proper manual handling techniques to lift and move heavy furniture or equipment safely.
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning with janitorial or custodial background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures along with the use of various cleaning detergents and equipment.
• Expertise in floor cleaning techniques such as vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and perform outdoor work when necessary.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday.
• Outstanding customer service abilities with clear client communication skills.
• Familiarity with housekeeper management tasks including scheduling and client interaction for residential housekeeping services.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
