Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest inquiries promptly
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues efficiently to ensure maximum satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details
- Conduct night audits and reconcile daily financial transactions with precision
- Assist with guest relations by providing local information and personalized recommendations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and overall property upkeep
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred, especially within resort or hospitality environments
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
