Breakfast Attendant

Job description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Hotel Breakfast Attendant to join our team. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests during their stay. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all guests receive outstanding service while maintaining the highest standards of food presentation and guest relations. Ability to cook breakfast items is a plus for this role.Responsibilities

• Set up dining room and buffet according to hotel specifications.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with the bussing of tables, ensuring cleanliness.
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food buffet set up and timely service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with dietary needs or preferences. Cooking skills a plus for this role.
• Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Ensure clean-up and breakdown of breakfast and kitchen areas.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurant, hotel, or banquet settings is preferred. Cooking skills including ovens, fryers and flat-top a plus.
• Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
