Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Weekend availability is required. This position is scheduled Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
- Conduct nightly financial audits by reconciling all transactions using property management systems (PMS).
- Prepare and distribute detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and other operational metrics.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during late and early morning hours with professionalism and warmth, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems and in person, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting visual inspections of the property, and managing access control for staff and guests.
- Assist with emergency procedures, including hotel safety protocols and guest safety concerns, adhering to established hotel emergency procedures.
- Support front desk operations by managing reservations through hospitality reservation systems, updating guest profiles, and handling special requests with care.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all guests.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette while communicating clearly with clients, vendors, and team members across multi-line phone systems.
- Address customer service issues proactively by problem-solving guest concerns related to billing or accommodations, ensuring a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; resort experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or equivalent platforms.
- Strong knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations.
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills via phone and face-to-face interactions; adept at multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette.
