Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audit of financial transactions and reports to ensure accuracy.
- Balance and reconcile guest accounts, credit card transactions, and cash deposits.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests during the overnight hours.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes for late arrivals and early departures.
- Manage guest requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain the safety and security of the hotel during the night shift.
- Prepare daily reports for management review.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel auditing or front desk operations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday overnights.
