Work Schedule
Saturday & Sunday - 3 PM - 11 PM
Monday - Wednesday 9 AM - 5 PM
Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair various facility issues using schematics, electrical experience, and mechanical knowledge.
- Operate tools and equipment such as welders, ohmmeters, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
- Conduct residential painting, welding repairs, and other maintenance tasks to uphold the hotel’s aesthetic standards.
- Use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and schedule future repairs.
- Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed and deadlines are met.
- Support guest service by promptly addressing maintenance requests with professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.
Skills
- Strong electrical experience with the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot wiring issues effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge across various systems including HVAC, plumbing, and building infrastructure.
- Skilled in welding techniques suitable for repairing or fabricating metal components.
- Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) used in building automation systems.
- Competence in residential painting and general facilities maintenance tasks.
- Experience supervising or leading maintenance teams or projects within a hospitality or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other electrical testing equipment accurately.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and collaboration with team members.
- Knowledge of CMMS software for efficient work order management and record keeping.
