We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our hotel restaurant dining environment. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring smooth dining and bar operations while maintaining high standards of food quality and service. This is an hourly tipped position.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the restaurant breakfast and dinner team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
- Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met consistently.
- Train and develop team in areas such as customer service, bartending, and food service operations.
- Manage inventory control to minimize waste and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
- Utilize Shiji Hero POS system for efficient order processing and payment handling.
- Coordinate meeting services and special events to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising/managing a team within a quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant management practices, including food preparation and safety protocols.
- Experience with bartending is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with restaurant point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and operational procedures.
- A background in hospitality is highly desirable.
