- Drive revenue through effective front desk selling techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company and brand standards while achieving service, engagement, and financial targets.
- Recruit, train, develop, and empower your team for success.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years progressive Hotel Front Office experience (OPERA or IHG brand preferred).
- Minimum 2 years Hotel supervisory/management experience (IHG brand experience preferred).
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of front office operations, hospitality, and basic accounting.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and results-driven.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound business decisions.
- Availability:
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and 50 hours per week.
