What You’ll Do

  • Lead by example and set the standard for professionalism and service excellence.
  • Foster open communication across all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Strategically schedule team members to balance guest satisfaction and budget goals.
  • Drive revenue through effective front desk selling techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with company and brand standards while achieving service, engagement, and financial targets.
  • Recruit, train, develop, and empower your team for success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years progressive Hotel Front Office experience (OPERA or IHG brand preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years Hotel supervisory/management experience (IHG brand experience preferred).
  • Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of front office operations, hospitality, and basic accounting.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and results-driven.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound business decisions.
  • Availability:
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and 50 hours per week.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; hospitality management or business degree a plus.
  • OPERA systems knowledge preferred.
