Join our award-winning team at the Holiday Inn Baltimore BWI Airport! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Position Overview
The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Desk, Night Audit, and Shuttle Services. This leadership role ensures a high standard of service by guiding, developing, and empowering team members to effectively meet and exceed guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, dedication, and strong work ethic
- Maintain clear and effective communication across all hotel departments
- Manage staffing and scheduling to meet both budget goals and guest satisfaction standards
- Drive front desk sales strategies to maximize revenue
- Ensure compliance with all company and brand policies and procedures
- Achieve and exceed targets related to guest satisfaction, employee engagement, brand standards, and financial performance
- Recruit, train, mentor, and promote team members within the department
- Actively resolve guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of progressive front office experience, preferably with OPERA or an IHG brand
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality (IHG experience required)

- Strong knowledge of front office operations, hospitality practices, and basic accounting

Work Requirements
- Must have open availability, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Position requires flexibility and may exceed 50 hours per week
