Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing exceptional service during breakfast hours.
Responsibilities:
- Set up the breakfast area with necessary utensils, food, and beverages
- Greet guests warmly and assist with any special requests or dietary needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service
- Monitor and replenish food and beverage items as needed
- Clear tables and clean up breakfast area after service
- Follow food safety protocols and ensure proper handling of all food items
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Experience in catering or hotel breakfast services is advantageous
- Basic culinary skills including knife handling are desirable
- Familiarity with OpenTable or reservation systems is a bonus
