We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Overnight Residential Manager to oversee our residential program during overnight hours. This role provides leadership to , Residential Supervisors, and Direct Support Professionals to ensure a safe, positive, person-centered environment for the children we serve.
What You’ll Do
- Provide overnight supervision and support to residential staff.
- Ensure direct care services are delivered and documented according to state regulations and agency policies.
- Monitor the safety and cleanliness of all residential living areas and submit repair requests when needed.
- Promote a respectful, person-centered living environment for all individuals.
- Support new-hire orientation and ongoing training for residential staff.
- Maintain communication logs, shift reports, and required documentation.
- Assist with creating and maintaining consistent staff schedules.
- Ensure Assistant Residential Managers include DSPs in planning meetings.
- Collaborate with the recreation department, nursing, and other teams to support individual needs.
- Review records for accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Participate in planning meetings and communicate effectively with families/guardians when needed.
- Support policy implementation and help identify and fix procedural issues within the residential program.
- Interview and recommend candidates for residential positions.
- Serve on the Alpha Team during emergency evacuations.
- Complete departmental inventory and oversee PointClickCare documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or at least five (5) years of experience in a residential setting with supervisory responsibilities.
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to train staff and maintain a positive team culture.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including documentation systems (PointClickCare a plus).
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in urgent or emergency situations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
