Seeking two RNs. One on-call, one case manager
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Registered Nurse at HOLIDAY HEALTHCARE, LLC, based in Evansville, IN, with opportunities for some remote work. The Registered Nurse will deliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, and implementing nursing interventions. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare teams, educating patients and their families, and adhering to best practices in compliance with established healthcare regulations. Flexibility and adaptability to work both in-person and remotely are key to this role.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong patient care and clinical assessment skills
- Proficiency in communication, patient education, and collaboration with healthcare teams
- Ability to document accurately and maintain medical records in compliance with healthcare standards
- Time management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer skills
- Previous nursing experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and providing culturally competent care
