What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Director of Nursing - Private Duty position at Holiday Health Care?
Holiday Health Care is seeking a new Assistant Director of Nursing - Private Duty to oversee clinical operations at the Holiday Retirement Village! This ADON-PD must be a licensed Registered Nurse with an active license in the state of Indiana.
Position Qualifications:
- A registered nurse graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current license in the state of employment.
- Prefer a minimum of one year of recent home health experience in a Medicare Home Health Agency or Private Duty Agency.
Physical Qualifications:
- Must be able to successfully complete a drug screen, physical, and TB.
- Frequent movements including standing, sitting, bending/stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, reaching, balancing, pushing/pulling, and occasionally crawling.
- Must be able to lift and transfer patients, using proper body mechanics.
- Must be able to perform Range of Motion in both upper extremities, lower extremities, and in your spinal cord.
- Must be able to pass a visual acuity test.
- Must be able to speak and hear in a manner understood by most persons.
