Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service
  • Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming and inviting atmosphere
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently with attention to detail
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
• Restaurant Operations
  • Handle cash register transactions and manage cash responsibly
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely order preparation and delivery
  • Complete all opening and closing duties as assigned each shift
  • Follow all food handling safety regulations and uphold sanitation standards
  • Assist in training new team members on restaurant procedures and standards
  • Accurately learn and ring in menu items; adhere to all POS honesty and integrity guidelines
• Carry-Out Operations
  • Work 1-2 carry-out specialist shifts per week as needed

Requirements

• Previous restaurant server or hospitality team experience preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
• Strong math skills for cash handling and order processing
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house team environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is essential
• Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to honesty and integrity

Schedule
Full-time position; must be available for varied shifts, including 1-2 carry-out specialist shifts per week. Opening and/or closing duties required every shift.
