Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and messages.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to hotel management.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in front desk or guest services roles within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Experience with night audit procedures is an advantage.
