Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support office operations with accuracy
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Enumerate, and other computer skills to prepare reports, correspondence, and scheduling documents
- Supply homeowners and renters with the appropriate packets along with the Rules and Regulations of our Community
- Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, and maintaining organized records
- Pictures and Badges for homeowners and pool badges for guests.
- All forms required by the Association (HOPA, emergency, voting and vehicle)
Experience
- Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Outlook, and data entry tools
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
- Experience in customer service roles that require excellent communication skills and professionalism
- Knowledge of Enumerate or bookkeeping experience is a plus for handling basic financial tasks
