The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for assisting the Sales Manager with generating sales through the coaching and leadership of a Regional Sales Team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in maintaining and improving sales and distribution, and aid in developing sales forecasts, plans and budgets for the region.
- Collaborate with Sales Manager/Division President to plan and coordinate sales program for maximum sales volume and profitability.
- Provide leadership, coaching and supervision of regional New Home Consultants.
- Help interview and coordinate training to develop regional New Home Consultants.
- Monitor and support individual business plans and marketing efforts for lead generation and Realtor business.
- Provide technical support to sales staff using Customer Relationship (CRM) software and IHMS database.
- Work in concert with the marketing department.
Ensure conformance of all Holiday Builders standards, policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience Requirements
High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred
5 years New Home Sales experience
Current Real Estate License preferred
1 year management experience required

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, CRM software, IHMS database
