WHAT WE OFFER:

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL ENTAIL:
As an Exteriors Specialist, you'll visit homeowners to discuss their roofing needs, presenting them with top-notch solutions from Holencik Exteriors. With pre-set appointments, you'll focus on building relationships and providing expert guidance. After each appointment, you'll collaborate with our team to ensure seamless project execution, processing paperwork efficiently and communicating with production crews. Your role is vital in achieving our sales targets, with opportunities to inspect roofs, siding, and gutters while continually improving your sales techniques through feedback sessions with our sales manager!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of sales experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including working at heights
- Strong ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Consistently maintain a professional appearance
- Highly customer-focused with a strong commitment to service excellence
- Goal-driven and results-oriented with a passion for achieving targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in in-home (business-to-consumer) sales
- A college degree
SCHEDULE
