- Develop trade skills in drywall installation and painting
- Assist skilled technicians with drywall and painting projects
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Prepare job sites and maintain cleanliness
- Learn proper tools, materials, and techniques
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
- Communicate with crew leaders and team members
- Support crew with measurements and material prep
- Willingness to learn and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
