Hole in the Wall Drywall Repair of Northwest Arkansas is seeking an Drywall Intern Technician to who is interested in learning a skilled trade and gaining hands-on field experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow, learn, and be part of a team that takes pride in quality work and customer service.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with drywall repair and finishing work
• Help with patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and texture work
• Prepare and protect job sites before repairs begin
• Help keep customer homes and work areas clean and organized
• Load, unload, and organize tools and materials
• Follow company standards for quality, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Learn proper repair techniques and field procedures
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Support the team in completing jobs efficiently and on time
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset
• Comfortable working with your hands in a physical role
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in customers’ homes
• Prior drywall or construction experience is a plus, but not required
