The Operations Manager owns the day-to-day execution of our operations across the field. You will be responsible for keeping jobs moving, teams aligned, and standards high from scheduling and estimating to quality control and team accountability. This is a hands-on role where you are just as comfortable stepping into the field as you are running operations from the office.
We're a tight team that moves fast, takes craft seriously, and holds the bar high on every single job. We're not looking for someone who just manages. We want someone who leads, holds people accountable, and steps in wherever needed to get the job done right.
