Responsibilities include:
- Answering customer phone calls
- Creating a positive customer experience for walk in customers
- Facilitating custom order pickups
- Help inventory management of office supplies
- Help plan & execute office social events
- Be a part of our customer follow up processes
- Assist with updates to our online store
- Assisting admin team with accounts receivable
