- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans
- Design, oversee, and modify individualized ABA treatment programs
- Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) and BCBA trainees
- Ensure treatment fidelity and high-quality service delivery
- Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions
- Provide parent/caregiver training and support
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client progress
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with BACB standards and ethical guidelines
- Master's Degree from Accredited University
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Strong clinical skills in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
- Experience supervising BTs/RBTs and/or trainees
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to ethical, high-quality, client-centered care
- Experience in home, clinic, and/or school-based ABA services
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Experience with early intervention and/or pediatric populations
