Schedule: Part-Time | 15 - 25 hours per week
- Block Schedule Options Include:
- Block 1: Monday - Friday 3pm - 8pm
- Block 2: Monday - Friday 3pm - 6pm
- Block 3: Monday - Friday 5pm - 8pm
- Block 4: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 3pm - 8pm
- Provide 1:1 developmental intervention services using DIR/Floortime principles
- Support children in building social, emotional, and communication skills
- Follow individualized developmental plans tailored to each child
- Engage caregivers through coaching and collaboration
- Foster meaningful, play-based interactions to promote development
- Document sessions accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical and administration team
- Bachelor's Degree Required for this role (does not need to be in related field to qualify)
- Passion for working with children and supporting developmental growth
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and engagement skills
- Ability to think creatively and adapt to each child’s needs
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow within the DIR/Floor time model
- Experience in DIR/Floor time, early childhood development, ABA, or related fields
- Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Education, or related field
- Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental differences
