As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy across Clinic, Home, Community, and School settings while being supported by experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative clinical team.

Key Responsibilities as a Behavior Technician
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as a Behavior Technician
• Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Support skill development, communication, and independence
• Collect and track client data accurately
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members
• Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families
Behavior Technician Qualifications
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Reliable transportation required
• Willingness to learn and grow in the field of ABA
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
