Available Schedules: Part-Time | 15 - 25 hours per week
- Block Schedule Options Include:
- Block 1: Monday - Friday 3pm - 8pm
- Block 2: Monday - Friday 3pm - 6pm
- Block 3: Monday - Friday 5pm - 8pm
- Block 4: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 3pm - 8pm
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, clinic, or community settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Use evidence-based interventions to support skill acquisition and behavior goals
- Collect and record accurate session data using digital platforms
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients and families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation
- Passion for working with children and making an impact
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow within the ABA field
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience in ABA, behavioral health, childcare, education, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related fi
