SpartaCraft, a local wood products manufacturing company, is seeking a skilled UV Printer Laser Operator/Programmer to join our manufacturing team.
This role involves operating and programming ultraviolet (UV) printing equipment and laser machinery with precision to produce high-quality materials.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, mechanical and troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with printing processes.
Duties
- Operate and maintain UV Printer, including: setting up printer, adjusting settings for different materials, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring print quality
- Troubleshoot any technical issues, including: identifying mechanical issues, performing minor repairs, and ensuring proper preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Work closely with Customer Service, production staff, and Quality Assurance to meet deadlines and resolve printing challenges
- Operate laser cutting machinery to produce a variety of cut products
- Set up, program, and maintain laser cutting machinery
- Perform precise cutting, engraving, or etching on various materials
- Read and understand work orders, specifications, and mechanical drawings
- Address machine malfunctions efficiently and adhere to quality and safety standards
