What You’ll Do
- Run both pre-set and self-generated appointments with homeowners in need of new roofing systems due to storm damage and in many cases age.
- Manage a customer pipeline, ensuring that happy homeowners refer Holden Roofing to their friends and neighbors
- Source new clients through cold outreach, referrals, social media, and lead generation
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline client base
- Partner with leadership to meet aggressive goals
- At least 1 year of direct sales or project management experience
- Confident, Assertive, and Driven individuals excel in this environment
- Strong communication skills
- Competitive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients
- Self-starter with urgency and strong work ethic
