This position is a direct hire to the Branch Manager and will work directly with the Branch Manager.
Position Details
- Starting compensation: $17 an hour during training and moving to $750 per week as a 1099 Independent Contractor
- Opportunity to transition into a full-time employee role based on performance and business needs.
- Potential for performance-based bonuses and pay increases as you demonstrate success and growth within the company.
- Initial training and onboarding will take place from our Austin office.
- As proficiency and independence are demonstrated, there will be an opportunity to transition to a work-from-home arrangement.
- This is a hands-on position that requires close collaboration with leadership and team members.
- There will be occasions where you will work side-by-side in a vehicle with management for training, field visits, or business development activities.
- Flexibility is important. Some responsibilities may require evening hours after 5:00 PM and occasional weekend work.
- Any additional time commitments outside of normal working hours will be appropriately compensated.
