Full-time Assistant to Office Staff
Holden Engineering is a busy Civil Engineering and Land Surveying Company. Candidates for this position would assist other staff members in a fast-moving office environment where everyone works as a team. This position requires a person that works well with other employees and with clients. Duties include answering phones, sending and receiving emails, filing, assisting others with tracking their progress on projects, and getting projects out the door. Strong computer skills using Windows Office programs are a must. Candidates must be self-motivated, ready to assist others with their work, and able to complete tasks completely, accurately, and without constant supervision. This is an hourly position with a wage rate starting at $25 per hour.
