Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Assistant & Office Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving organizational efficiency, ensuring strategic execution, and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
This position goes far beyond traditional administrative support. You’ll have the autonomy to build, improve, and manage internal systems related to HR, finance, and office operations. You’ll be empowered to anticipate leadership needs, identify process gaps, recommend solutions, and lead initiatives that enhance productivity and team engagement.
Strategic Executive Support
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to align strategic initiatives with key performance objectives
- Provide high-level administrative support to maximize executive focus on growth and decision-making
- Develop systems that improve communication and coordination between Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance
Organizational Efficiency & Office Management
- Serve as point leader for office operations to ensure a well-organized, productive work environment
- Manage vendors, procurement, and facilities-related needs
- Refine internal processes and implement office systems that support daily operations
Qualifications
- Four or more years experience required in working in an executive assistant role supporting C-Level executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,255.00 per year
