What You’ll Do
- Provide therapeutic services using evidenced-based-practice treatment approaches
- Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support clients through crisis assessment and stabilization when needed
- Collaborate with supervisors, peer clinicians, and community supports
- Participate in trainings, supervision, and agency meetings
- Maintain necessary credentials, licensure, and required clearances
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in a clinical field
OR a Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field - 1 years of experience in behavioral health
- Licensure/certification preferred but not required
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and ability to work independently
