Compensation: Starting at $19 /hour (based on experience and credentials)

- Conduct substance use assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling services as clinically appropriate.
- Support clients through case management, crisis intervention, and recovery planning.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Collaborate with treatment providers, community partners, and support systems to coordinate care.
- Facilitate group sessions and educational programming that support recovery goals.
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
- Deliver high-quality, client-centered services in accordance with best practices, regulatory requirements, and agency standards.
- Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health-related field; OR
- High school diploma/equivalent combined with qualifying experience and/or required certifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in substance abuse treatment
- Certification in addiction counseling a plus!
- Strong assessment, counseling, and case management abilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to client-centered, trauma-informed care
- Experience working in substance use treatment settings, with an understanding of addiction, recovery principles, and evidence-based interventions.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Clearances:
- Pennsylvania Act 33 & 34 Clearances
- FBI Fingerprinting Clearance
- Verification of no exclusions from Medicaid/Medicare
