- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for newly admitted clients
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy based on clinical needs
- Deliver crisis assessment, intervention, and stabilization services as necessary
- Apply evidence-based practices to support clients with mental health conditions and related challenges
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries)
- Collaborate with internal teams, external providers, and client support systems
- Maintain compliance with licensure requirements and ongoing training standards
- Education: Master's degree in a clinical discipline (e.g., Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Psychology)
- Experience: Completion of clinical practicum (required)
- Licensure: LPC, LCSW, or LMFT ( preferred)
- Strong knowledge of mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and therapeutic interventions
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Clearances:
- Pennsylvania Act 33 & 34 Clearances
- FBI Fingerprinting Clearance
