We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to own and execute brand initiatives that strengthen Holbrook’s identity, expand awareness, and deepen connection with our community.
In this role, you’ll help shape our voice, bring campaigns to life, and ensure consistent, elevated storytelling across every touchpoint.
The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with a sharp eye for design, a deep understanding of social platforms, and a passion for pickleball.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Own the brand campaign calendar — plan, coordinate, and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, athlete activations, and brand moments.
- Lead social strategy and content execution across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms to grow engagement, brand affinity, and community.
- Oversee creative development from concept to production, ensuring all assets align with Holbrook’s visual identity and brand voice.
- Develop and execute PR initiatives that build anticipation and buzz around product releases, collaborations, and major brand events.
- Manage athlete, ambassador, and influencer partnerships to increase reach, generate UGC, and create authentic advocacy for Holbrook.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, e-commerce, operations, and growth teams to ensure cohesive brand execution across all channels.
- Track performance and report results on all brand marketing efforts, continuously optimizing creative, messaging, and campaign strategy.
